認(rèn)證內(nèi)容摘要
一個(gè)產(chǎn)品在投入歐盟市場銷售或投入使用之前，產(chǎn)品標(biāo)記CE標(biāo)志，往往涉及多個(gè)歐盟指令的要求，燃?xì)饩弋a(chǎn)品也不例外。比如，燃?xì)鉄緺t和燃?xì)庠罹弑仨殱M足燃?xì)饩咧噶?/a>（GAD）的要求；使用市電的電子控制燃?xì)饪鞠浔仨殱M足燃?xì)饩咧噶睿℅AD）、低電壓指令（LVD）和電磁兼容性指令（EMC）的要求；使用市電的電子控制燃?xì)鉄崴骱碗娮涌刂迫細(xì)忮仩t必須滿足燃?xì)饩咧噶睿℅AD）、低電壓指令（LVD）、電磁兼容性指令（EMC）和鍋爐能效指令（BED）。所以，一款燃器具產(chǎn)品的CE認(rèn)證要考察以下三個(gè)問題：
1. 產(chǎn)品適用哪個(gè)或哪幾個(gè)歐盟指令？
2. 這些歐盟指令規(guī)定的產(chǎn)品評(píng)估模塊和由評(píng)估模塊組成的產(chǎn)品評(píng)估程序是怎樣的？
3. 產(chǎn)品需要分別符合哪些歐盟協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才可以當(dāng)然地認(rèn)為分別滿足了這些歐盟指令的要求？
燃?xì)饩弋a(chǎn)品適用的歐盟指令
燃?xì)饩咧噶睢阌怪靡?，燃?xì)饩弋a(chǎn)品肯定適用歐盟燃?xì)饩咧噶睿℅AD）。燃?xì)饩咧噶畎ǖ漠a(chǎn)品范圍為：以氣體燃料為主要能源用于烹飪、加熱、熱水、制冷、照明或洗滌的器具及用于這些器具的安全控制部件或組件，如果器具含有水來工作，則水正常工作的溫度不超過105OC。純工業(yè)過程用途的燃?xì)馊紵O(shè)備不屬于燃?xì)饩咧噶罘秶?/span>
鍋爐能效指令——以液態(tài)燃料或氣態(tài)燃料為主要能源、以水為熱傳遞媒介、額定輸出功率在4kW和400kW之間的器具為鍋爐能效指令的產(chǎn)品范圍。一般燃?xì)鉄崴?、熱氣壁掛爐都適用鍋爐能效指令。
低電壓指令——額定輸入電壓在50～1000Vac或75～1500Vdc的普通電器產(chǎn)品均應(yīng)適用低電壓指令的要求。燃?xì)饩弋a(chǎn)品如果使用了市電給控制電路供電，則該產(chǎn)品同時(shí)也要滿足低電壓指令即電氣安全的要求。
電磁兼容性指令——普通電器產(chǎn)品均適用電磁兼容性指令。燃?xì)饩弋a(chǎn)品如果使用了控制電路控制燃?xì)夤┙o，不管這個(gè)控制電路是由市電還是干電池供應(yīng)電能，產(chǎn)品都應(yīng)該滿足電磁兼容性指令的要求。
燃?xì)饩弋a(chǎn)品符合性評(píng)估模塊和由模塊組成的評(píng)估程序
燃?xì)饩咧噶睢細(xì)饩咧噶畎脑u(píng)估模塊有六個(gè)，分別稱之為：模式B、C、D、E、F和G。由這些模塊組成的評(píng)估程序有五種，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況和廠商的選擇，五種評(píng)估程序中的任何一種都能取得CE認(rèn)證。以流程圖的方式可以右上角的圖表示。
鍋爐能效指令——類似于燃?xì)饩咧噶睿倭四Ｊ紽和G。共有四個(gè)模塊：模式B、C、D和E，三個(gè)由評(píng)估模塊組成的評(píng)估程序：B-C、B-D和B-E。
低電壓指令、電磁兼容性指令——均可以適用自我聲明的方式取得CE標(biāo)志，但要有相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品技術(shù)資料備查。
